Mr. Ramon S. Francisco

Ramon S. Francisco belongs to that fine breed of Filipino journalists who have been schooled and formed as responsible, principled and ethical practitioners of journalism, proud graduates all of the big little Faculty of Philosophy and Letters, now the Faculty of Arts and Letters, of the University of Santo Tomas.

Mr. Raul Isidro

Raul G. Isidro has been described by a writer as "on record being the first Filipino contemporary artist to consciously recognize and document our indigenous designs and symbols. Hi! work ethic is not the usual transferencTof pictographs onto canvas, but rather the reduction of a given universe or subject to its barest essentials held within an asymmetrical balance". For the non-painters among us, the statement might have left us perplexed or unable to imagine anything close to it.

Mr. Ricardo Sy Po, Sr.

Mr. Ricardo Sy Po, Sr. is the founder of the Century Pacific Group of Companies, currently the largest canned food manufacturer in the Philippines that cater popular household brands such as Century Tuna, Argentina Corned Beef, 555 Sardines, Blue Bay Tuna, Angel Filled Milk, and Birch Tree Powedered Milk. The company is also presently Asia's leading exporter of canned tuna products to the world market. When he realized the great economic potential of the tuna industry, Po thought that the Philippines should bring to the world the richness of its natural resources.

Mr. Servando C. Aromin

MR. SERVANDO C. AROMIN, an accomplished structural engineer for 30 years, is the President and Principal Structural Engineer of Aromin and Sy and Associates, an engineering consultancy firm located in Makati, Metro Manila. Before he went into private practice, he was a Senior Structural Engineer for Trans-Asia Group of Companies in the Far East, where he was assigned to Japan, Okinawa, Korea, Guam and the Philippines for an aggregate period of 16 years.

Teodoro Locsin, a well-respected journalist, novelist, short story writer and poet is the editor-in-chief of the Philippines Free Press.
He obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the University of Santo Tomas and subsequently passed the Bar. After a brief law practice, he then joined the Philippines Free Press in

Mr. Victor Emmanuel Carmelo D. Nadera, Jr.

Mr. Victor Emmanuel Carmelo D. Nadera, Jr. is an award-winning poet, fictionist, playwright, and essayist. Aside from a novel, he has published three collections, an epic, and a research on the use of poetry as therapy. He has pioneered poetry therapy in the Philippines as he combines his expertise in clinical psychology and poetic flair.

Mrs. Angelita Castro Kelly

Mrs. Angelita Castro Kelly is currently the Mission Operations Manager (MOM) for the Earth Observing System (EOS) Project of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) at Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) in Greenbelt, Maryland. EOS is a multi-billion dollar program consisting of several spacecraft carrying high resolution imaging scientific instruments which will provide systematic global change data over a 15-year period beginning with the Landsat-7 launch in December 1997.

Ms. Beth G. Lui

Ms. Beth G. Lui is the Country Managing Director (CMD) of the Accenture Delivery Center in the Philippines. Since she took over the reins in 2002, Lui has helped lead and develop the practice in outsourcing and technology in the Philippines. Today, Accenture Philippines provides a full range of strategic front-end to back-end outsourcing services to over 60 international clients. This includes application outsourcing, infrastructure outsourcing, voice and non-voice business process outsourcing services.

Ms. Elisea Gillera-Gozun

Ms. Elisea Gillera-Gozun has 35 years of service as a community organizer in the urban and rural areas and as a public servant working to sustain the environment She started as Head Executive Assistant and then Assistant Secretary for policy and learning of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources in 1987. Thereafter, she left the government in 1991 and became a consultant to the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, USAID, UNDP, UN Habitat, and other development partners.

Ms. Maria Lourdes C. Santiago

Maria Lourdes C. Santiago is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. After passing the board exam in 1987, she joined the Bureau of Food and Drugs as laboratory analyst. In her quest for excellence, a distinctly Thomasian character, she attended several training and conferences regarding the conduct of Bioavailability/Bioequivalence studies in the Unite States, Canada, Australia, and Germany.
